Dear madam/sir,
We wish to inform You that the Article 13 of Law Decree dated June 30, 2003, number 196 - Codex, in the matter of personal data protection -
provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data. According to the decree, such treatment will
be based on principles of fairness, lawfulness, relevance, transparency, and protecting your privacy and Your rights as provided by the Articles 2
and 11 of the Codex. Within the meaning of Article 13 of the Codex, we provide You the following informations:
